2.Vendor Evaluation & Qualification

3.Procurement Risk Management

4.Develop category strategies; manage RFQ/RFP,

5.E-auctions and negotiations;

6.Procure Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Fabrication and Project requirements;

7.Lead supplier consolidation, value engineering, spend analytics,

8.Contract management, SLA Compliance and stakeholder engagement.

9.Experience in sourcing imported equipment, capital goods, and critical spare parts

10.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

11.Strategic thinking and analytical mindset

12.Result-oriented with strong execution capability

13.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and procurement portfolios

14.Overseas vendors and knowledge of import material / spares.





Job Requirements :

Required Experience: 14–18 years of hands-on procurement experience in CAPEX, OPEX, MRO, AMC and project procurement. Proven experience in pricing negotiations, payment terms, contracts, vendor evaluation and supplier development.

Technical Expertise: Strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiations, e-auctions, supplier relationship management, spend rationalization, procurement transformation, value engineering, procurement analytics and cost optimization.

Industry Exposure: Robust exposure to Electrical, Mechanical, Fabrication, Engineering Services and Project Procurement. Knowledge of import procurement of spares and equipment is an added advantage
