Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Designer role based in Goa, India, suitable for candidates from fresher level up to 6 months of experience.

The Industrial

Designer will support product design projects, assisting in concept development, sketching, and creating 2D/3D models for various industrial and consumer products. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams, participating in design reviews, and contributing ideas based on design thinking principles. The role involves preparing basic prototypes, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring that products meet functional, aesthetic, and user-centered requirements.

The Industrial

Designer will also help document design specifications and maintain organized project files.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Industrial Design and Product Design,



with the ability to create functional and aesthetically appealing concepts.
- Hands-on exposure to Prototyping and Product Development, including basic model making and iterative refinement.
- Understanding of Design Thinking principles, user-centered design, and problem-solving approaches in product design.
- Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in design and CAD software tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar) and familiarity with visualization techniques.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior professionals.
- Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced project environment.
