Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Staff Reliability Engineer to lead and execute reliability engineering initiatives for Hartford Global Services Private Limited. This role will be crucial in ensuring the robustness, performance, and longevity of our products and services.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive reliability engineering programs and strategies.

Conduct reliability analysis, including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), and Weibull analysis, to identify potential failure modes and predict product life.

Design and execute reliability testing protocols (e.g., HALT, HASS, environmental testing) to validate product designs and manufacturing processes.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for complex product failures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Establish and monitor key reliability metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product design, manufacturing, and operational processes to enhance overall reliability.





Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members on reliability best practices.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to integrate reliability considerations throughout the product lifecycle.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reliability engineering.

Develop and deliver training programs on reliability engineering principles and tools.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of progressive experience in reliability engineering within a relevant industry (e.g., electronics, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment).

Demonstrated expertise in various reliability analysis techniques (FMEA, FTA, Weibull analysis, statistical analysis).

Solid understanding of reliability testing methodologies (HALT, HASS, environmental testing, accelerated life testing).

Proficiency in reliability software tools (e.g., ReliaSoft, Minitab, JMP).

Proven experience in leading complex root cause analysis investigations and implementing effective solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification in Reliability Engineering (e.g., CRE) is highly desirable.
