Support Executive

Your Tasks:
Application support & Client 1st level coordination
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
Maintain project related documents
Ensure internally defined development processes are followed with no exception
Attend client meetings with/without project leader/manager.
Daily Stand-up meeting with team for work allocation and project update.
Collaborate with end users to understand their incident or service tickets and resolve them within define SLAs
Work with regional IT to understand network graphs on regular basis

Your Qualification:
Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, AI,



Information Technology, or related field
1+ years of experience in Application support
Valuable problem-solving, analytical skills and English communication skills
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure & Networking
Good to have knowlege of SharePoint & Power Platform technologiesGood to have knowlege of Azure DevOps, WPF, ASP.NET / CORE (REST API), C#, MS SQLAt TÜV SÜD, we have employees from more than 100 different countries collaborating together.
