Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for a Tele Sales Representative based in Noida. The responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with potential customers via phone, and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. Other tasks involve managing a sales database, building strong relationships with clients, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.





Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data
Explain services and generate interest in overseas education prospects
Understand student needs and guide them to suitable courses
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Handle objections confidently and professionally

Qualifications
Proven skills in communication, persuasion, and rapport building
Experience in tele sales, customer acquisition, and lead generation
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of sales software and tools
A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in an educational or sales-related role is a plus
