Role Overview We are looking for an experienced TLM Premium Consultant with robust hands-on expertise in TLM Premium 3.0 and above. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in TLM configuration, control process design, matching rules, dashboards, and MI interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Work hands-on with TLM Premium 3.0 and above
Configure and maintain TLM Control Process Designer
Work on TLM SmartSchema configuration and related activities
Configure and maintain TLM Match Rules
Perform dashboard configuration and customization
Work on MI Interface configuration and integration
Analyze business requirements and translate them into TLM configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve TLM-related issues
Support testing, deployment, and production activities
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver TLM solutions





Mandatory Technical Skills
TLM Premium 3.0 or above – 4–5 years hands-on experience
TLM Control Process Designer
TLM SmartSchema
TLM Match Rule Configuration
TLM Dashboard Configuration
MI Interface

Positive to Have
Basic knowledge of PL/SQL
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
Understanding of financial reconciliation and transaction matching processes
Experience working in banking/financial services environments

Candidate Profile
Overall experience of 5–10 years
Strong hands-on experience in TLM Premium
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical configurations
Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
