Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Ability to convince and engage customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is an advantage.
