Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Dial phone numbers to reach new leads and explain what our company offers.
Customer Support: Answer incoming questions, fix issues, and give transparent details about pricing and features.
Follow-Ups: Call back interested people to turn them into buyers.
Data Entry: Type customer details, notes, and call results accurately into our computer system or CRM.
Targets: Work hard to meet daily and monthly calling or sales goals.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma, 12th pass, or equivalent.
Communication: Transparent, friendly speaking voice and great listening skills in English and local languages.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, typing, and spreadsheets.
Attitude: Patient, able to handle rejection, and eager to help customers.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
