Trustwell is a proxy solicitation and shareholder engagement firm that assists listed companies with shareholder communication, investor outreach, and corporate action campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to shareholders and investors.
Explain the purpose of the campaign clearly and professionally.
Verify and update shareholder contact information.
Record call outcomes and shareholder responses accurately.
Follow up with shareholders as instructed.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding significant responses and queries.
Ensure confidentiality of shareholder information.
Eligibility
Undergraduate students, graduates,
or freshers may apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Professional, polite, and confident communication skills.
Internship Advantages

Exposure to investor relations and proxy solicitation assignments.
Internship certificate upon successful completion.
