Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office – NeoSOFT Office( 5 days a week)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing IT specialists, managing recruitment vendors, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the hiring process from requirement understanding to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
Understand technical requirements and source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Manage vendor recruitment partners and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth offer-to-join conversion.
Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline status, interview feedback, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Mandatory Skills
3+ years of IT Recruitment experience
Solid end-to-end recruitment experience
Hands-on experience in IT sourcing and candidate screening
Vendor Management experience
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring
Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Ability to work from the Dadar, Mumbai office
Candidate should be available for a F2F interview

Preferred Candidate Profile
Should be proactive and target-oriented.
Strong understanding of the IT talent market.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
Experience working with recruitment vendors/consultancies will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period would be preferred.
