– TeleSales Executive/Loan Consultant

About the Role The candidate shall be responsible for assisting and coordinating with used car loan customers for collecting customer details, document collection, down payments, car delivery scheduling & loan kit signing. The candidate shall also be required to follow up and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for end-to-end processing of loans.

Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a robust outcome-oriented point of view. The candidate is expected to have experience with more than 1 Bank/NBFC in auto loans.

Key Responsibilities Include

● Pitch about loans.

● Transparent Customer queries and help them for booking.

● Taking Follow Ups

● Basic Documents Check

● Handling customer profiles

● Coordinating with Credit Team

● Token Attach Rate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
