We are seeking an engaging and skilled Corporate Trainer to design and execute impactful training programs for both recent hires and existing employees. In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for recent joiners to ensure seamless integration into the company, while also identifying skill gaps across teams and delivering ongoing professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities
New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate comprehensive orientation and onboarding sessions for current joiners, covering company culture, policies, tools, and job-specific workflows.
Curriculum Design: Develop structured training materials, instructional guides, interactive presentations, and multimedia learning modules tailored to team needs.
Skill Enhancement: Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and skill-refreshers for existing employees to boost productivity, performance, and compliance.




Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department managers to evaluate employee performance, identify skill gaps, and determine training requirements.
Effectiveness Evaluation: Assess the impact of training programs through quizzes, feedback surveys, and performance tracking to continuously refine learning content.
Logistics & Records: Schedule training sessions, manage learning management system (LMS) platforms, and maintain accurate records of attendance and completed certifications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
