n About the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and creative Manager – Design (Ladieswear Woven) to lead the design and collection development function for ladies' woven apparel.
nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in woven ladieswear, trend analysis, design development, fabric knowledge, and collection building , with prior experience working in reputed apparel manufacturing organizations serving renowned European and American buyers .

n Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive fashion and market trend analysis to identify upcoming trends, silhouettes, colors, fabrics, prints, and styling directions.n
- Develop creative and commercially viable design sketches aligned with current market and buyer requirements.n
- Lead the design and collection development process from concept to final product.n




- Develop cohesive seasonal collections for ladieswear woven , primarily focusing on non-denim products.n
- Work closely with merchandising, product development, sampling, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.n
- Maintain effective and professional communication with international buyers to understand their design requirements, specifications, and expectations.n
- Translate buyer briefs and market trends into commercially successful product concepts.n
- Select appropriate woven fabrics based on garment style, construction, drape, appearance, functionality, and end-use requirements.n
- Provide guidance on fabric, trims, colors, prints, silhouettes, and finishing techniques.n
- Review samples and prototypes and provide constructive feedback to ensure design accuracy and quality.n
- Monitor international fashion trends and competitor collections to maintain a strong and contemporary design direction
