- Administer VMware vSphere / ESXi and Microsoft Hyper V environments supporting McCain's business critical workloadsn
- Manage vCenter Server, Hyper V clusters, hosts, and resource poolsn
- Perform VM provisioning, cloning, snapshot management, migrations, and decommissioningn
- Configure and maintain HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and Live Migrationn
- Ensure environments comply with McCain approved architecture and vendor best practicesn

nAvailability, Performance & Capacity

- Maintain high availability clusters for virtual machines and hostsn
- Monitor virtual to physical resource utilization to prevent over commitmentn
- Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning,

- Analyze and remediate CPU, memory, storage, and latency bottlenecksn

nPatch, Upgrade & Security Compliance
