Attend loom stoppages and breakdowns promptly.
Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
Troubleshoot issues related to rapier heads, rapier tapes, grippers, weft insertion and weft selection systems.
Rectify problems related to shedding, dobby/jacquard mechanisms, warp and weft control systems.
Diagnose recurring loom faults and take corrective action to prevent repetition.
Minimise loom stoppage time and improve machine availability.
Set and adjust Dornier Rapier Looms according to fabric specifications.
Carry out routine inspection of critical loom components
Ensure proper lubrication and cleaning of loom components
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
