nJob Description – Bengaluru (Onsite - Hybrid)
nWe are looking for an experienced and exceptional Lead Mobile Application Engineer with strong expertise in React Native and Native mobile development (iOS & Android).
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and performant solutions. The candidate should own mobile app features and mentor the team.

nRoles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.n
- Develop and maintain native applications using Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).n
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.n
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.n
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.n
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.n
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.n
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.n
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams.n
- Manage app releases and deployments to the App Store and Google Play Store using tools such as Codemagic, etc.n

nSkills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in mobile application development with 3+ years of experience leading/mentoring an app development team.
