Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development for AI/ML solutions.
- Experience in building, training, validating,



and deploying Machine Learning models using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn , or similar.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms , including classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, model evaluation, and performance tuning .
- Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Knowledge of REST APIs , microservices-based integration, and enterprise application integration.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts , including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, retraining, and lifecycle management.
- Hands on experience with at least one major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
