Role

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad . This is a full-time, on-site position

Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job boards, and other sources.
Review resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and account teams.
Submit qualified candidates to clients.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
Manage multiple job requirements at the same time.
Stay updated on US IT skills, hiring trends,



and recruitment practices.
Provide a good experience to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
Experience in US IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment .
Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing to offer.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed , and other US job portals.
Basic understanding of US time zones and work culture .
Valuable organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with US clients and candidates.
US staffing or consulting experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
