Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage trainees in the residential facility.
Maintain discipline, safety, hygiene, and daily routines.
Monitor attendance, accommodation, meals, and trainee welfare.
Coordinate with trainers and project management.
Address day-to-day residential issues and maintain records.
Ensure a secure, disciplined, and supportive residential setting.
Handle emergencies and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
Eligibility:
Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hostel/residential management preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage trainees and residential operations effectively.
Willingness to stay at the residential facility as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
