Qualifications:
EXP- 5 to 8 years
At least 2 years of experience managing Windows Server Infrastructure
Experience managing and working with remote teams
Ability to document procedures, create runbooks, and maintain knowledge bases
Experience working with multi-national environments
Requirements:
English level: minimum B2
Experience in Windows Server administration
Robust troubleshooting skills in enterprise Windows environments (performance, security, services)

Expertise in:
Active Directory (AD)




Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
DNS
DHCP
Certificate services

Virtualization & Cloud:
Basic experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter (clusters, HA, DRS, storage policies, templates, snapshots, etc.)
Basic expertise in Client Prism Central/Element and AHV hypervisor (N2C included)
Automation & Scripting: Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation of virtualization tasks (Ansible)
Backup & Recovery:Familiarity with backup tools for virtual settings (e.g., Commvault, Networker)
