We’re looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our growing team, own key HR activities, and help us build structured HR processes as the organization grows.

? Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

? Experience: 1-3 Years

? Employment Type: Full-time

? CTC: Up to 3 LPA

We’re looking for someone organized, people-oriented, responsible, and confident in handling HR functions independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve working closely with management across:

- Recruitment & End-to-End Hiring
- HR Operations & Documentation
- Employee Management & Engagement
- HR Policies & Processes
- Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- KRAs, KPIs & Performance Management
- HR Compliance & Labour Laws
- HRMS & HR Trackers
- Training, Development & Employee Experience





? Ideal candidate: •⁠ ⁠2–4 years of relevant HR experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong recruitment & employee-handling experience

•⁠ ⁠Positive understanding of HR operations & compliance

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

•⁠ ⁠HRMS, payroll & compliance experience will be an added advantage
