Tasks :
Lead the overall growth and expansion of HLL's Pharma Retail (RBD) business, including development of recent outlets and markets across the country.
Drive revenue growth and outlet profitability through effective business strategies, performance monitoring and cost optimization.
Strengthen retail operations, inventory management, procurement and supply chain controls to ensure efficient and seamless functioning of outlets.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, pharmacy licensing and quality requirements across the retail network.
Enhance customer experience and service quality while developing standardized, scalable and technology-enabled retail processes.
Lead and develop the retail team, build strategic partnerships and identify current business opportunities to achieve sustainable growth of the Pharma Retail business.
Requirements Maximum Age: 52 years as on 01.08.2026
The upper age limit can be further relaxed subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience prescribed (Documents proving excess years of experience may be uploaded). However,
the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years.
Remuneration : A consolidated amount commensurate with the qualification, experience and last drawn salary of the selected incumbent
Qualification:
Essential: Graduation in B.Pharm / B.Tech / Degree in Science with MBA in Marketing / Operations Management
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 20 years of overall post-qualification experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles in Pharmacy retail. Demonstrated experience across one or more relevant areas such as multi location retail pharmacy operations/healthcare retail, pharmacy business development/Pharma supply chain and inventory management.
Desirable: Experience in network expansion, operational standardization, regulatory compliance, retail initiatives, customer-experience improvement and leadership of large geographically dispersed teams.
