VDI Management
Deploy, configure, and manage VMware VDI settings (Connection Server, UAG, Composer/Instant Clones).
lAccops HyWorks VDI and HySecure gateway for secure remote access.
Create and manage desktop pools (persistent/non-persistent).
Handle provisioning, recomposition, and image management.
Manage VMware vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
Monitor resource utilization (CPU, RAM, Storage) and optimize performance.
Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of VDI components.

User & Access Management
Configure and manage user access via Active Directory integration.
Implement MFA and security policies in HySecure.
Troubleshoot login issues, session disconnects, and profile-related problems.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve VDI-related issues (latency, session drops, profile corruption).
Monitor logs (vdi, HyWorks, vCenter)



for proactive issue detection.
Work on incident, problem, and change management processes.

Security & Compliance
Ensure endpoint security and secure access using HySecure policies.
Implement best practices for VDI hardening and data protection.
Maintain audit logs and compliance standards.

Required Skills
Solid experience with VMware VDI
Hands-on with Accops HySecure & HyWorks.
Valuable knowledge of VMware vCenter, ESXi.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, GPOs.
Experience with VDI troubleshooting & performance tuning.
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewall, load balancer concepts).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
