Position: Volunteer Counsellor

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and responsible Volunteer Counsellor with excellent communication skills and a positive personality. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds and should have a robust belief in teamwork and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide individuals by understanding their needs and concerns.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Build positive relationships and maintain a friendly, supportive environment.
Coordinate with team members and contribute effectively to team activities.
Motivate and encourage individuals toward positive decisions and actions.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
Participate in meetings, awareness activities, and other assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Good personality with confidence and a positive attitude.
Solid team-management and coordination skills.
Ability to listen patiently and understand people's concerns.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Volunteer / Part time Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
