Academic Coordination – Coordinate with trainers/faculty for doubts, projects, classes and learning-related issues.
Student Engagement – Monitor student activity, identify inactive students and follow up to keep them engaged.
Sessions & Operations – Manage induction, doubt-clearing sessions, masterclasses, attendance and schedules.
Progress Tracking – Track course progress, projects, masterclasses, internships, certifications and placement readiness.
Issue Resolution & Escalation – Resolve day-to-day student issues, coordinate with relevant teams and escalate problems when required.
