Job Summary

You will own short-form video for GrowthX taking interviews, sessions, and BTS into reels and shorts that build the brand and grow the community.

Responsibilities
Edit 10+ shorts/reels per week across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Develop a consistent visual language for GrowthX shorts
Collaborate with content and community on hooks, scripts, and pacing
Track performance and iterate on what is working

Requirements
Freshers welcome a robust portfolio of short-form edits matters more than years of experience
Solid sense of pacing, hook-writing,



and platform-native style
Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
A reel that proves you can hold attention past 3 seconds

Bonus Points
Motion graphics / After Effects chops
You have grown a creator channel and have the numbers to show for it
