We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) Sales to join our healthcare/fertility team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, counselling patients regarding our services, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into appointments and consultations.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Convert leads into appointments and achieve assigned sales/conversion targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.




Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Preferred candidate profile 1.3 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales,or similar roles.
Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Credit Card, Banking, Loan, BPO, Telecom, EdTech, or other target-based sales industries will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Positive follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
