POSITION SUMMARY

Victory Cineworld is looking for a skilled and experienced Video Editor Trainer / Graphic Designer Trainer to join the Academic / Training Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions.
Teach professional video editing and graphic designing techniques.
Provide hands-on training through real-world projects and assignments.
Explain editing workflows, visual composition, typography, colour, transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
Guide students in creating qualified videos, social media content, advertisements, posters, thumbnails, and other creative materials.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW

Knowledge of Motion Graphics, Basic Animation, Colour Grading, Audio Editing, and Social Media Content Creation will be an added advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong knowledge of video editing and graphic designing.




Excellent practical and teaching skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage students and classroom activities.
Knowledge of current digital media and design trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Candidates with a Diploma, Degree, Certification, or relevant qualification in Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE

Required Experience: 2+ Years Candidates should have 2 or more years of relevant professional experience in Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or Training.

Candidates with prior teaching or training experience will be preferred.
