About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with 14 years of experience in IT, Non-IT, and Bulk Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, positive communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and hiring targets simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment across different levels and functions.
Drive bulk hiring for high-volume requirements within defined timelines.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth joining and onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.




Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles.
Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
1–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Experience in IT, Non-IT, and/or Bulk Hiring.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Positive negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred
Experience in handling high-volume/bulk recruitment drives.
Exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Experience with immediate joiners and short turnaround hiring.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
