Role & responsibilities
Execute HVAC projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Supervise installation of ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF/VRV systems.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Prepare and manage material estimation, planning, and requirement schedules.
Conduct and coordinate testing & commissioning of HVAC systems.
Maintain necessary site documentation, reports, and project records.
Ensure work is completed as per required quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.
Monitor site progress and coordinate with the project team to resolve technical/site issues.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
28 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP projects.
Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Valuable coordination, communication, and site management skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office will be an added advantage.
