The Role

You'll be sourcing and closing top talent across a range of roles and industries for some of the hottest, fastest-scaling companies out there.

What You'll Do
Own the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing
Hunt down active and passive candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and smart sourcing tools
Partner directly with clients and hiring managers to understand exactly what they need
Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-tap talent pipeline across multiple roles and functions
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience communication, negotiation, and offer closures
Move rapid — in this market, the best candidates don't wait around




Be a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, not just a resume-forwarder

What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience is a big plus)
A hunter's mindset you love the chase, not just the process
Strong communication and negotiation skills; you can sell a role in 30 seconds
Comfort working in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace
Ability to juggle multiple open roles/clients at once without dropping the ball
