Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Medical Coding team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes while ensuring coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and documentation.
Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer regulations.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
Stay updated on coding changes and healthcare regulations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate claim processing.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers with Life Science backgrounds:
B.Sc. (Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nursing,



Allied Health Sciences, etc.)
M.Sc. Life Sciences
BPT, BOT, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
CPC Certification Mandatory.
Good knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
Basic understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding concepts.

Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to healthcare processes.
Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred
Active CPC Certification (AAPC).
Internship or training in Medical Coding.
