We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager Non-IT with robust expertise in Client/Account Handling, End-to-End Recruitment and Team Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key recruitment accounts from requirement to candidate joining.
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and joining.
Recruit across Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, R&D;, Design and Sales functions.
Handle both bulk and niche hiring requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Hiring Managers, Plant Heads and Functional Heads.
Manage recruitment TAT, pipeline, closures and offer-to-joining ratio.
Lead, mentor and monitor a team of recruiters.
Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business.
Use Naukri, LinkedIn,
referrals and recruitment databases for sourcing.
Required Experience
Robust experience in Non-IT Recruitment & Client/Account Handling.
