We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment activities and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition and HR processes while contributing to the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

HR Operations

- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for recent hires.




- Assist in HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or prior experience in HR recruitment.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in bulk hiring, IT recruitment, or non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.
