Create workflows, forms, approval processes,

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities.

Ensure system security, role-based access, and data integrity.

Integrations & Analytics

Work with IT and vendors to integrate HRMS with Payroll, Finance, ERP, Biometric, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
