About the Role

The HR Trainee will support the Global Process Excellence team on the Visa & Right-to-Work Data Project. The role focuses on the reconciliation, validation, and maintenance of employee data across Workday, ServiceNow, and other supporting systems. This position requires reviewing and validating employee records,



identifying discrepancies, updating HR systems accurately, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and coordinating with employees and internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps. Working within defined procedures and guidelines, the successful candidate will build solid foundations in HR systems, HR compliance, data governance, and process improvement while contributing to a high-visibility global initiative.
