Handle end-to-end recruitment for Solar Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Technical, Installation, O&M; and other positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, references and local networks . Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic/HR interviews .
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management. Maintain a solid candidate database and recruitment pipeline for current and future requirements. Follow up with selected candidates regularly until joining .
Focus on bulk hiring and achieve monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines. Coordinate recruitment activities for Jaipur, Jodhpur and surrounding districts and be comfortable with local candidate sourcing/travel when required. Maintain daily recruitment tracker.
