Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in manufacturing/plant recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical, non-technical, supervisory, and plant-level manpower while ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and plant positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies with HODs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and databases.
- Recruit for positions across Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Quality, Stores, Purchase, EHS, Admin, and other plant functions.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate CTC, notice period, and joining date with selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk manpower requirements.




- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring manufacturing requirements.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company HR policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA/PG in HR / Human Resources / Personnel Management.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Candidates with manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, chemical, steel, automobile, edible oil, or process industry recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, CV Screening and Head Hunting.
- Positive communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and bulk/urgent hiring.
