About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

HR Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

IT and Non-IT recruitment

, stakeholder management, and building effective hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Handle IT & Non-IT hiring across various departments and levels.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.

- Conduct initial screening, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and offer closures.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.





- Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring performance.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

- Robust experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.

- EdTech/FinTech experience preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong ownership and target-oriented approach.
