- Personnel file/Data Management
- Monthly attendance and leave records management
- Validation of 3P bills
- Salary disbursement coordination
- Statutory compliance coordination
- Employee Advantages Management coordination
- Store level training coordination and documentation
- Grievance escalation
- Drive HR initiatives
- Manage Notice Board and coordinate inspections
