HR Executive/Asst. Manager/HR Manager -
Position: HR Assistant Manager / HR Manager
Role Objective To manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant/HO level, ensuring smooth manpower planning, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and alignment of HR practices with Manufacturing industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and shift rosters.
- Handle HR documentation, policies, and SOP implementation.
2. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement, overtime calculation, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and wage revisions.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus Act, etc.
- Handle inspections, audits, and liaison with labour authorities.
- Manage contractor labour compliance and documentation.
4. Industrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain cordial employee relations at plant level.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and counseling.
- Support union/worker interactions (if applicable).

Training & Development
- Identify training needs for shop-floor and staff employees.
- Coordinate skill development, safety training, hygiene & GMP training (Food Industry specific).
- Support performance appraisal and competency development initiatives.
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Drive employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare programs.
- Monitor absenteeism, attrition, and productivity indicators.
- Support CSR and statutory welfare initiatives.
7. Health, Safety & Food Compliance Support
- Support EHS, food safety, hygiene, and statutory health check programs.
- Ensure HR alignment with FSSAI, GMP, and audit requirements.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management.
- Certification in Labour Laws or Industrial Relations is an added advantage.
Experience
- Asst. Manager HR: 5-8 years
- HR Manager: 8-15 years
- Mandatory experience in Any Manufacturing Industry.
