Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen HR operations, employee relations, manpower planning, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling HR functions in a manufacturing/industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete HR operations and day-to-day HR activities.
- Plan manpower requirements in coordination with different departments.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave and documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Handle performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and employee records.
- Manage training and development activities.
- Support workforce planning, retention and employee engagement.




- Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular management reports.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Handle factory/plant workforce-related HR activities where required.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial HR preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems/MIS.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and sensitive HR matters.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate with hands-on experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup, including both corporate and shop-floor employees.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
