HR & Admin Executive — Hybrid

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience

Lovely Hospitality is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage the complete HR and employee administration process for our hotels.

This is a hybrid role, where most HR work can be done remotely, with scheduled visits to our hotels in Rishikesh whenever required.

The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, attendance, leave management, employee records, payroll coordination, incentives, staff performance, training, HR documentation and employee discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and hiring from job posting to joining.
- Post vacancies on Indeed and other platforms.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the Hotel Manager.
- Maintain complete employee records and HR files.
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Audit attendance submitted by hotel staff.
- Prepare monthly payroll and salary calculations.
- Calculate approved salary deductions, incentives and advances.
- Maintain employee KPI and performance records.
- Track probation periods and employee confirmations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training.
- Maintain records of warnings and disciplinary matters.
- Handle basic employee concerns and grievances.
- Maintain staff accommodation and asset records where applicable.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management.
- Visit hotels when required for HR audits, meetings, training and employee matters.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of employee and company information.

Candidate Requirements
- Good knowledge of HR operations.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Positive knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Willingness to visit hotels in Rishikesh when required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- HR/Business Administration/Hospitality qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience preferred; strong freshers may also apply.

Working Style This is primarily a work-from-home role, but the candidate must be available for scheduled hotel visits and important HR requirements.

The person must be comfortable managing HR through Google Sheets, online communication, digital records and structured reporting, while maintaining regular coordination with the Hotel Manager and management.

Salary

₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

Work Mode: Hybrid / Primarily Work From Home

Pay: ₹10,656.71 - ₹14,634.17 per month
