Position Title :HR Executive cum Front Desk

Key Responsibilities

HR Support & Operations

- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation (ID cards, data entry)
- Coordinate new joiners inductions, asset allocation and training sessions
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR trackers
- Support HR Operations with employee engagement activities
- Assist in exit formalities and document coordination
- Support HR Manager in handling basic employee queries related to HR processes and policies

Administration & Front Desk

- Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and vendors
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, courier,



housekeeping, stationery, and maintenance
- Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and smooth day-to-day operations
- Support travel bookings, meeting room arrangements, and office logistics

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Pleasant personality with professional conduct
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage
- Solid coordination and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to handle front desk responsibilities along with HR support

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Admin / HR Support / Front Desk roles
- Freshers with strong willingness to learn can also be considered
