Role Description The HR Assistant (Creative Agency) will support day-to-day HR operations for Mantle’s team in Noida. This hybrid role includes maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and exit processes, and coordinating HR documentation. The HR Assistant will help administer benefits, support HRIS data updates, and assist in organizing training and development activities.

The role also involves responding to employee queries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers,



and ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied in a fast-paced, creative setting.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes.
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate employee data.
- Familiarity with Benefits Administration and coordination of employee benefits and related documentation.
- Ability to assist in Training activities, including scheduling sessions and supporting learning initiatives.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida in a creative agency setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools); prior agency or media industry experience is a plus.
