About The Job:
We are seeking a talented Python Software Engineer to join our growing development team.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in backend development using Python, with a robust understanding of software engineering principles, scalable architecture, and up-to-date development practices.

Essential Job Functions:
Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Write clean, effective, and well-documented code.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Integrate third-party APIs and data sources.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.




2 Plus years of professional experience in Python development.
Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery).
Understanding of software testing (unit, integration, and functional).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills (All Levels):
Experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery).
Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
