About The Job:
Seeking a senior React architect to lead frontend architecture and development. This role requires
expertise in up-to-date JavaScript frameworks and ability to design scalable, maintainable frontend systems.

Essential Job Functions:
Architect and design scalable React applications
Establish frontend development standards and best practices
Lead technical decision-making for UI/UX implementation
Mentor frontend development team
Collaborate with backend teams for API integration
Ensure performance, accessibility, and security standards

Qualifications:

Required Technical Skills
React: 7+ years with React, Redux, Context API, Hooks
JavaScript/TypeScript: Expert-level ES6+, TypeScript proficiency
State Management: Redux, Zustand, MobX, complex state patterns




Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Rollup, module bundling optimization
CSS: Styled-components, CSS-in-JS, Sass, responsive design
Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, E2E testing
Performance: Code splitting, lazy loading, performance optimization
Architecture: Component design patterns, microfrontend architecture
APIs: RESTful integration, GraphQL, real-time communications
Tools: npm/yarn, Git, contemporary IDE/debugging tools

Required Experience
10+ years frontend development with 5+ years in React
Experience with large-scale, complex applications
Leadership and mentoring experience
Experience with financial/transactional UIs preferred
Solid UX/UI collaboration experience

Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Frontend or React certifications preferred
