Job Title: Workday HCM & PATT Consultant
Experience: 4–8 Years
:
Solid experience in Workday Core HCM and PATT (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking).
Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Workday HCM modules.
Expertise in Business Process configuration, Security, Calculated Fields, and Reporting.
Experience with Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, and Workday Integrations.
Ability to gather business requirements, perform configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support.
Positive understanding of Workday release management and change requests.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Workday HCM/PATT Certification is preferred.
