The Senior Project Manager leads the project team through the project by establishing governance that befits the needs of the project.
They develop a plan that maximises value to the stakeholders, ensure the execution of that plan and track the team’s performance against it.




The Senior Project Manager ensures that the project is optimised to prioritise value within balanced constraints and manages expectations through complex environments.

Mission based responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing large-scale, complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery on-time, within scope, and budget.
In doing so they must set, manage and fulfil customer expectations to ensure the project is a success.
The Senior Project Manager role, as described, to be oriented toward ensuring that large-scale, complex projects not only meet technical requirements but also contribute significantly to the organization's strategic objectives and deliver tangible perks.
The Senior Project manager will apply the relevant project managemement methodology for the project life cycle.
In case of Agile or Hydbrid methodologies, the Project manager will endeavour to act as a Scrum Master, driving efficiency, collaboration, empowerment and value creation based on Agile principles.
