Originate current opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified prospects or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with a predefined target list of client and potential client decision makers. You will also assist customers in onboarding and expanding their usage of products,



ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
